Screenings Component
The SNAP Health Center Screening component includes all the tools you need to help you quickly and
efficiently document all student screenings. Once a screening is documented for a student, it is easily accessible
through their individual Health Record. Each screening entry provides access to the associated detailed results and
tracking information. Everything is organized with your needs in mind. With simple organization and specialized
formatting, you have everything right at your fingertips!
The Screening component comes with numerous preset screenings that cover a broad range of student health related topics. The
majority of these are completely customizable. This provides you with the flexibility to keep all your screening forms
up-to-date with the latest district and state regulations. In contrast to the customizable screenings, SNAP Health Center
also provides fixed format screenings. These screenings perform highly specialized functions, such as high resolution
graphing, interactive charting, and unique in-depth exams.
