8/19/2008 Get ready for the new school year Its almost that time of year again! Make sure your SNAP Health Center software is charged and ready to go for an easy transition into the 08-09 school year!!! Complete the Transfer & Promote Process: be sure the end-of-year process has been run and completed by either you or your information technology person. This ensures that all students appear in their new 08-09 grade/teacher and all new students have been imported into your database. Technical Support Contract: be sure your SNAP technical support contract has been renewed. This contract provides you with unlimited telephone phone technical support as well as free updates to the Health Center Software (including the new 09 immunization requirements) for the entire school year. Update to Version 4.1.5: be sure you are running the newest version of SNAP Health Center. This can be downloaded by returning to the PSNI Home page, clicking on the Support menu option and following the links to the 4.1.5 update. Download the New 08 Immunization Requirements: many states have updated their immunization requirements for the 08-'09 school year. You can download these from within your SNAP Health Center software by going to: Library | Immunization | Import Setup | PSN Website. *Please note: you must be running ver. 4.1.5 to download these new immunization requirements. « Back |
